Electronic Newsletter

As a service to our alumni and friends, we have instituted an electronic newsletter service. This should provide the opportunity for the faculty and staff of Purdue’s Department of Food Science to disseminate information of all kinds to you. Printed newsletters are inherently out of date by the time the ink dries. It is our hopes to send news about our research, our faculty and our students to you in a quick and efficient manner.

Please fill out the registration form. You will receive an email message confirming your information. You should begin receiving department news on a regular basis. Should you have questions regarding your subscription, you may call Laurie Swift at (765) 494-6303.

Our e-letter will appear in a user-friendly format. You will receive an email from the Department of Food Science and a title followed by the first couple of lines from the article will appear in the message. A link will be provided so you may read the article in its entirety.

We hope you find this format to be enjoyable, educational and above all, easy to bring you back to Purdue Food Science.
