Business Planning
Linda Wood, Regional Director of the Southwestern Indiana Small Business Development Center explains Business Planning: An Introduction to Starting a Specialty Food Business in Indiana.

Other factors that need to be considered are capital and funding for your venture, accounting and record-keeping parameters, insurance and permits required, and any zoning issues. Finally, what will be the return on investment?
