Go the the file that it identified in blue and click on the link.

2. Does ServSafe certification in Kentycky meet the requirements for Indiana certification?

Yes

3. Are public schools required to certified in food safety and sanitation practices?

I think it depends. To be sure of the correct answer, I suggest that you contact Scott Gilliam at the State Department of Health. His contact information should be on the website. He wrote a letter describing the "new" regulations that should have his contact information. Let me know if you do not get your answer. Rich

Yes - the certification is currently valid for 5 years.
