Laurie Swift

Administrative Director

Laurie Swift is the Administrative Director for the Department of Food Science. Her primary responsibilities include corporate liaison and alumni relations. She helps create and maintain relationships between corporations and the Department by matching areas of need with areas of expertise. Laurie has the ability to assist in projects, contracts and licensing. She also works with the various industrial partnership boards, seeking company's input into our education programs and creating innovative ways to communicate with our corporate partners.
