Rapid Detection of Molds in Foods: Major focus is the development of rapid methods to detect molds in foods based on chemistry, immunology, and biotechnical methods.
Microbiological Concerns of growth and predictive microbiology for death of microorganisms in food, microbial growth and detection in foods processed by new methods.
