Dr. Maribeth A. Cousin

Professor

Ph.D. University of Wisconsin, Madison

Curriculum Vitae

Research

  • Rapid Detection of Molds in Foods: Major focus is the development of rapid methods to detect molds in foods based on chemistry, immunology, and biotechnical methods.
  • Microbiological Concerns of growth and predictive microbiology for death of microorganisms in food, microbial growth and detection in foods processed by new methods.
