David is currently investigating plasmin enzyme kinetics.

Biography

David is an alumnus of Alpha Gamma Rho at Univeristy of Nebraska-Lincoln, where he majored in Food Science and Technology, Science and Business Options, with minors in Chemistry, Agribusiness, and Agricultural Economics. Through internships Experiences at the FPC, Cornell, Wells Dairy, and Lawrence Livermeore National Laboratory, he decided to pursue post-graduate degrees. He is currently investigating the enzyme kinetics of an indigenous milk enzyme. He also is a member of Food Science Biosecurity Simulation Development Team at Purdue University.
