Ernest is studying lipase activity in commercial milk protein powders.

Biography

Ernest is a senior in Food Science at Purdue University. He was born and raised in St.Leon, Indiana, just outside of Cincinnati, Ohio. Ernest has been working in the lab for four years and conducting research for one year. He has had internships with Red Gold, Inc. and with Clearbrook Farms in areas of research and development and quality assurance. Ernest is vice president of the Food Science Club and a member of the Product Development Committee. He enjoys playing a variety of sports including softball, basketball, walleyball and football.
